A senior concierge service provides personalized, non-medical support to help older adults stay independent and navigate daily life with confidence.
We handle the details so you or your loved one can focus on what matters most.

Neighborly’s services are available to older adults who would like a little extra support with everyday life, appointments, household details, or a move. We also work with family members who are helping a parent or loved one—especially when they live out of town, have busy schedules, or simply need someone dependable nearby.
Support can be arranged for a one-time need, occasional assistance, or ongoing help based on what works best for you and your family.
-
Neighborly serves older adults and families throughout Camden, Gloucester, and Burlington Counties in South Jersey. Because we are a mobile service, we come to you—whether you are living at home, staying with family, in a rehabilitation setting, or moving into a senior living community.
If you are located just outside our regular service area, please reach out. Depending on the location and type of support needed, we may still be able to help.

-
Yes. A Neighborly representative can meet you or your loved one at the appointment and be there as a supportive advocate. We can help prepare questions and paperwork beforehand, listen carefully during the visit, take notes, and organize any follow-up information.
With permission, we can also provide an update to designated family members, helping everyone stay informed and on the same page.
-
Everyday Neighborly Support begins at $75 per hour and is available for one-time needs or through a monthly support plan.
Families facing a hospital discharge or a move to assisted or independent living may need more extensive support. For these situations, Neighborly offers fixed-price transition programs that provide planning, coordination, family communication, and continued support throughout the transition.
Every situation begins with a conversation. We’ll recommend the right option, clearly explain what is included, and provide the cost before services begin.
-
Services begin with a simple conversation. We’ll take time to learn what is happening, what matters most to you, and where a little extra support could make things easier.
If Neighborly feels like the right fit, we’ll complete the necessary paperwork, talk through the available options, and create a personalized support plan based on your needs and preferences.tem description
