Neighborly Senior Concierge Service provides personalized, non-medical support to older adults and their families.

Our services may include assistance with:

Services actually provided by Neighborly are governed by the applicable Client Service Agreement and other agreements, authorizations, policies, and terms provided in connection with those services.

2. Neighborly Is a Non-Medical Service

Neighborly is a non-medical senior concierge service.

Neighborly does not provide:

  • Medical diagnosis or treatment

  • Nursing services

  • Home healthcare

  • Medication administration or medication management

  • Emergency medical services

  • Legal advice

  • Financial or investment advice

  • Mental health treatment

  • Other professional services requiring a license unless those services are provided separately by an appropriately licensed third-party professional

Information available through this Website is for general informational purposes and should not be considered medical, legal, financial, or other licensed professional advice.

If you have a medical emergency or believe someone is in immediate danger, contact 911 or the appropriate emergency service.

3. Eligibility

The Website is intended for individuals who are at least 18 years old.

The Website may allow you to contact Neighborly through contact forms, inquiry forms, email, telephone, or other communication methods.

You agree not to knowingly provide false, fraudulent, or misleading information.

Please do not submit Social Security numbers, banking information, passwords, detailed medical records, copies of identification documents, or other highly sensitive information through an ordinary Website contact form or unsecured email unless Neighborly specifically requests the information through an appropriate method.

Neighborly's collection and handling of personal information through the Website is described in our Privacy Policy.

The Neighborly Website is hosted and operated through Squarespace.

Neighborly may assist individuals and families who are considering downsizing, moving, transitioning to assisted living, or moving to another senior living setting.

Neighborly may help families:

  • Coordinate logistics

  • Prepare for a move or transition

  • Communicate with appropriate providers

  • Navigate next steps

Neighborly does not make medical determinations regarding the appropriate level of care for an individual.

Neighborly does not guarantee admission to, availability at, suitability of, licensing status of, services provided by, or outcomes associated with any particular senior living community or third-party provider.

Final decisions remain with the older adult, family, legally authorized representative, and appropriate licensed professionals, as applicable.

13. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, Website content—including original text, graphics, logos, photographs, designs, service descriptions, materials, program names, and branding—is owned by or licensed to Neighborly Senior Concierge Service and may be protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws.

This includes Neighborly branding and the tagline:

Visitors may view or print Website materials for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not reproduce, publish, distribute, sell, modify, or commercially use protected Neighborly Website materials without permission except where otherwise permitted by law.

Use of the Website does not transfer ownership of Neighborly intellectual property to the visitor.

This may include damages arising from Website interruptions, technical errors, third-party websites, or reliance on general Website information.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability, consumer rights, or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under New Jersey or applicable federal law.

18. Service Plans, Pricing, Payments and Cancellations

The Website may describe Neighborly services, Support Plans, fees, packages, or other service options.

Website descriptions are provided for informational purposes unless expressly stated otherwise.

Actual service terms—including pricing, payment obligations, cancellations, refunds, recurring payments, service periods, and termination rights—are governed by the applicable Client Service Agreement, Support Plan terms, payment policies, and other applicable service documents.

Neighborly will disclose mandatory fees and charges as required by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to reduce or eliminate a consumer's cancellation, refund, pricing, disclosure, or other rights provided by applicable law.

19. No Guarantee of Third-Party Decisions or Results

Neighborly may assist families with gathering information, organizing options, identifying resources, and coordinating next steps.

Neighborly cannot guarantee decisions or results involving independent third parties, including:

  • Senior living communities

  • Healthcare providers

  • Government agencies

  • Insurance companies

  • Attorneys

  • Financial professionals

  • Moving or downsizing companies

  • Contractors

  • Transportation providers

  • Other independent businesses or organizations

Each third party remains responsible for its own services, qualifications, decisions, pricing, policies, and performance.

20. Changes to These Terms

Neighborly may update these Terms to reflect changes in the Website, business practices, or applicable legal requirements.

The current version will be posted on the Website with an updated Last Updated date.

Changes will apply prospectively as required by applicable law.

When applicable law requires additional notice or consent for a material change, Neighborly will provide that notice or obtain consent as required.

The remaining provisions will continue in effect.

23. No Waiver

Neighborly's failure to enforce a provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other right.

24. Relationship to Neighborly Service Agreements

These Terms govern use of the Neighborly Website.

They do not replace the Neighborly Client Service Agreement, Support Plan terms, payment policies, authorizations, consents, privacy and confidentiality documents, or other agreements governing services provided to an older adult or family.

If you engage Neighborly to provide services, additional agreements and policies may apply.
